ALL THREE OF THESE CONCEALED CARRY APPEALS LOST!

ON NOVEMBER 7, 2016, THE 9TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS RULED AGAINST THE PLAINTIFFS IN Sigitas Raulinaitis, et al v. LASD AND Robert Thomson v. Los Angeles County Sheriff 

ON NOVEMBER 9, 2016, THE 9TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS RULED AGAINST THE PLAINTIFF IN Jonathan Birdt v. Charlie Beck, et al

All three of these concealed carry appeals have one thing in common – Attorney Jonathan Birdt.  Supplemental briefing was ordered and filed in all three cases.  In light of the en banc decision in Peruta v. San Diego, every concealed carry lawsuit in the 9th Circuit is going to go down in flames.

1,545 days after the case was filed in the district court, it lost on appeal.

The decision came 1,335 days after the reply brief was filed and 48 days after the paper copies of the supplemental briefs regarding the Peruta v. San Diego concealed carry decision were distributed.
